There was some fancy "back pain" store I went to a few months ago that had a selection of very nice and very expensive chairs. One of them was a bright red Ferrari chair. It wasn't an actual seat out of a Ferrari car - more like a comfortable office chair with a bright red paint job.
Only problem was it wasn't that comfortable, it was built extremely poorly (squeaked, groaned, and seemed loose... WAY more than the average cheap chair I've sat in) - and it cost $4,500!!!
Maybe it WAS a Ferrari chair.
Italian cars aren't known for material or assembly quality.
that ferrari chair has soul
maybe this segway does too
lol
who knows, maybe next year segway will bring out a scuderia version of this just to **** off existing owners
I wonder what “Over priced “ Ferrari service needs to be done on this thing????
Every 1500 feet you take it in to have the “air rotated in the tires”, Back-flux the flux-capacitor……?????

I often see rich old timers roll on these along Park Ave and 5th Ave. About a month ago i saw a guy in a suit on a Vespa and an older gentleman on his Segway what seemed to drag race from a red light on Park. That was a Kodak moment in itself.
Did you read the Post? NYC actually has a law against riding these!!! Insanity. People choose a method of transportation that creates no emissions, no need for taxi or train, and has no parking requirements and the city STILL disallows it!
Material quality, yes. (Dream engines, Brembo brakes, Italian leather...)
Assembly quality, no.
Sporting, yes. Quality, no.
Don't confuse material quality with quality from a sporting prospective. True, Ferrari drivetrains, brakes, chassis, etc....are some of the most enthusiast-oriented machinery available.......when they WORK. Ferraris have as much of a reputation of being repair-shop queens as they do being outstanding sports cars.
