Donk driver
I'm on my way home and I'm in the #2 lane which is a double wide along with bike lane figure about 25' wide. I see the Donk car in front of me and am amused...I figure it has 24's or something...I dunno. He signals to make a right turn and he moves to the right to execute his turn. Well, as he does so, I begin to pass. Next thing I know, he's swinging back wide and into the lane where I now am. I swerve and like some brainless driver, he doesn't even look to see I'm along side.
The wheels are so huge, he can barely make a turn.
Cars like this should not be legal on the roads!

They both are bad. Here in the Bay Area, people in Oakland/Richmond/San Francisco even though the Prius rules in SF, there's a ton of scrapers - old Buicks or Oldsmobiles, even SCs on 20" or higher wheels. In the Concord/Walnut Creek/Pleasanton/Livermore area, lifted trucks driven by SoCal wanna-be kids rule.

hmm...most people that drive these "cars" can barely afford to put the bling on their car and don't realize that they would need to upgrade brakes, etc. among other things.

There's A TON of them around here. Its more popular than the ricer crowd now. I see more donks than Civics with exhausts and windshield banners. Most don't have air suspension here though.
And yeah, most are higher off the ground than a truck and still run the stock drum brakes and can't turn for crap. Not to mention the owners drive like complete idiots. (way too fast and without regard for other vehicles)
