What is your definition of "executive class"? The M5 is a "5 series", E55/E63 is "E class", & STS-V is a "Caddillac STS". These cars I mentioned above are considered "executive class". Please advise..

"Executive Class" meaning all the mainstream sedans. It doesn't really include the higher end models like AMG, M, V-Series, etc, since most of the sedans listed here do not have higher end models to compete with those others.

So basically anything from the standard V6/I6 models to the standard V8 models within each line.

Ok thanks... My choices stand.. I must say Caddy did a great job with the STS. I see you are from NY... Check it out next year at the GM driving event at Belmont Racetrack in Long Island. I posted these & many driving events here, and will do so again.

I would have picked bmw, lexus, and merc like the rest, but audi has become a very strong contender, all there line up is amazing even the aging a6 still looks nice fully done up and the interior is top notch, so if Im going to have to eliminate a car to get 3 choices I guess BMW wont make the cut........man that car is ugly

5 series
M45
GS

The M series definitely can turn heads better than the other 2. I love the look of that car from the side, especially with a small spoiler.

I went German fanboy on this one. E and 5. A somewhat distant third was the A6.
