Lexus Europe just redid their whole website, I'm guessing that the rest of the Lexus Europe country sites will follow:

More heavy use of multimedia and flash, videos, compared with the more minimalist original design, still visible here:

Now the Lexus.jp, Lexus.com, and Lexus.eu sites are all in a similar centralized style.
