The 135i BMW is not the Mini Coupe we thought it was. Interesting comparison pics guys..

Well it's certainly higher, because of those European pedestrian safety laws, which brings up the front of the car and thus brings up the rest of the car. But it's very obviously shorter than the E46.

Great comparison. It definately puts the car into perspective in terms of size.

It further gives proof that the 1-Series will take away sales from the 3-Series...

Didnt change my perception at all. Still looks tiny to me. However its ugliness has increased since being parked next to that 3-series.

I keep thinking about the old Tercel when I see this car! Not too bad looking, just a bit to short and tall for my tastes

Yep it's very ugly like the elephant man next to that E46

The 1 series is not good looking and putting it next the the E46 is like putting Barbara Bush next to Halle Berry.

I'm an E46 owner and I would say I like the front end better on the 1 series, the back is either way for me between the two, but the side profile still goes to the E46. It isn't a really fair comparison though since the E46 does have the MTech II kit on it which most E46's on the road don't have.
