I think this and the Quest are 2 of Nissan's better designs. The Murano has been a solid seller for NIssan, with a better interior, this should continue that trend.

I think the FX looks MUCH better. Just my opinion.

New Murano looks good inside and out. Interior is 100x better than current one, but I still prefer Highlander's interior by a little bit.

Exterior might be polarizing and kinda looks like a spaceship, but at least it has some design to it, unlike the Pilot and Highlander, which are basically bland square boxes on wheels. The 2009 Murano looks considerably smaller than the Pilot and Highlander though.

BTW, what is this nonsense about the EX35 sharing a platform with the Rogue. The Rogue is FWD based on Sentra, and the EX35 is RWD based on G35. The Rogue and EX35 share as much platform with each other as the Corolla shares with the IS350.

As one of the first crossover SUVs on the market, the Lexus RX has served as a model for subsequent designs. Its commercial success as Lexus' best-selling model has been attributed to the strong reliability reputation of Lexus and the RX line.
The Lexus RX is a mid-size entry-level luxury crossover SUV produced by Toyota Motor Corporation.
The Toyota Camry-based Lexus RX300 was introduced as a 1998 model and was an instant success. It provided all of the aforementioned attributes that customers were looking for in an SUV, but additionally its unibody architecture provided car-like attributes such as a smooth ride, relatively good handling, low step-in height and decent gas mileage, all while providing the desired SUV psychological imagery.

Heh, we both win. If I was ever wrong on something, I'd want to be called out on it and educated. It's no competition, I just wanted to inform you.

You have your sources wrong. The EX is based off the FM Platform. Just like the G35, M, FX, and 350Z.

IIRC, the Rogue is based off the same platform as the Altima, which the Murano also shares.

Completely different platforms.
