Why is the decal "Progressive Performance CUZCO" written backwards? So that people leaving the parking lot could read it through their rear view mirror as they pass it?

I think the decals are only made one way. Same thing for this WRX STi I have roaming around. He has two decals and one of them is backwards.

hmm... well if he has a supercharger under there then maybe. Then again, I don't see how it's hard to NOT smoke another Camry lol.

He did't hit it, his car is high enough to clear any bumps!!!

Yeah, it's almost too obvious. Did you guys hold a conversation about his car? What were some more details if so?

Was that smart of him to tell you (an insurance agent) that he races????
Isn't that like telling the cop you just had a beer?

Shouldn't you increase his premium?

Had to get this out/off my chest... what kind of agent represents his clients interests by posting a picture of his car over the internet complete with license plate to make fun of? Did you receive permission?

If so then it is fair game, but if not, regardless of what you think of the car your behavior is reprehensible.

actually, if the vehicle is in public that is very much allowed. theres no laws requiring the obstruction of license plates or stating that permission must be asked to be used anywhere as long as the OP took the picture and the car is in "public"

same way, if u walk around naked in public, people are allowed to take pictures of you.

he is fine with it. Everyone here ( clients and staffs ) knows I am a car freak.
hell, my car is displayed in front of my office!

You can not up someone's premium just simply because you know they race their cars, I just tell ppl street racing is not endorsed, and street racing accident is NOT covered.
Hell, I floor my car once a while just to get some good feel from it.

Puredrfifter - Actually my point was nothing to do with taking a picture of a strangers vehicle/license plate in a public place... (It is quite legitimate as you point out) ...but that in this situation there seems to be an agent/client relationship involved with all the accompanying expectations of confidentiality and trust that go with it... many people would be pretty annoyed if their agent published pictures of their car without their knowledge to make fun of on the public internet..

But if he is fine with it... then thats fine also... And it is funny!

I will try to talk to him to do it properly later...
