This is pretty awesome - especially seeing some of the cars it beats. I saw something about this on e46fanatics a week ago or so. I think it should be noted the car has a lot more than just KW Coilovers though...

E46 M3 CSL is one of the best cars (and one of the best BMWs) ever made.
In case anyone is wondering, that is far from stock. The car is heavily modified compared to a stock E46 M3 CSL.
And also regarding the thread title the time the car achieved was not a record. A handful of custom-built and modified cars have gone faster.
