GM did! 6-speed in the Corvette as well as the Camaro Z-28 and Firebird Trams Am that debuted in 1993.

Yep, I'm on there too. Always good to know that I'm not the only obsessive-compulsive detailer out there.

Your Legend is SUPERB and your Prelude is superb is well. My dad is a big fan of Prelude, too. He had 83, 84, 91 SI, and 96 SI. He finally got out of it since he is 66 yrs old and we live in Nebraska. He just got an 08 RDX.

THanks for sharing.

That's the cleanest car I've seen in quite a while!! It looks brand spankin' new!! Madd props to you on a job well done. I wouldn't even believe that a car that looks like that has 300K miles on it.

Awesome. Yeah, I've gone through my fair share of Preludes and Legends! On the Prelude side, I've had:

'86 Si 5MT
'89 Si 5MT
and two '91 Si 4WS 5MT's (still have one)

And in Legends, I've had:

'86 base sedan 5MT
'91 L coupe 5MT
'94 GS sedan AT
'94 GS sedan 6MT
'94 LS coupe 6MT (this one)

I stick with the cars I like .

Im curious, how does the 2000 compare to the '88. I looked into getting a '98, but went with the Legacy for AWD and reliability reasons.

Tyson, just saw this thread...awesome is all I can say...Hope, my Legend coupe will make it to the 300k milstone one day–she currently has 61k. If so at the rate I am going it might be the year 2030...

Very nice, very clean!

What paint did you use to paint the fender wells?

My buddys just blew an HG at 125,000 miles. Its a $1500 repair so now he can't afford to fix the rust that is eating away at the car. When is it time to put a car down?

Is he a 2nd or 3rd owner? The legend's cooling system is very sensitive to maintenance. My current and previous legends have 150k miles on them and neither one of them needed a HG job. In fact, both of them never lost coolant.

Unfortunately, most owners do not take care of their cars that well. They think an oil change is all the car needs in its lifetime. They neglect the cooling, transmission, and brake system.
