they need to flog a 10 year old, who, while he was doing something wrong, didnt INTEND to cause such a fire.
the kid is gunna hafta carry that with him the rest of his life as it is, so any other punishment i would think is ill-deserved (much less capitol punishment.)


good that the guy got out of the fire alright, he makes a valid point, possessions are replaceable, people are not.
