Silver is so boring that it hurts my eyes to look at, I really can't stand sliver. I doubt I would ever own a silver car.

White can look great on the right car

a beautifully designed car doesn't need a bright tacky color.

No, but it SURE helps.

I get so tired of the same old funeral-home colors in auto sales brochures that I sometimes feel like tossing them in the trash.

I don't necessarily like bright & tacky colors either, but that doesn't mean I have to like silver cars

The only color that really irritates me is champagne.

...Because every Camry that was on the road within the past 10 years was in that color?

I totally agree.

Although I love my black GS, it is an absolute pain to keep clean. Every swirl mark, nick and chip is so visible. I used to polish my GS every 6 months to keep it looking new, but I've given up trying to maintain its finish.

That's why I went with white on my new E. And it looks far from boring IMO.

I tend not to like white as much when it comes to luxury cars, but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE white on Mercedes, specifically the E-class.
