Thanks so much for everyone's input...

I got the Icon helmet on eBay for only $95! I just couldn't beat the price, so I just went for it.

It's pretty light. Hugs at the cheeks. Visor assembly is firm (a bit too firm, really). I need to put anti-fog stuff on the visor. Textile choice is good but not buttery smooth. Ventilation is good; I need to try it out in warmer weather. Wind noise -- well, what can you say; I've never been happy with any helmet's wind noise protection (although it doesn't have a whistling effect, which some helmets do). Impact protection: I hope I never have to test that.

Definately provides good value for the price...
