2009 BMW X6 - "Sport Activity Coupe"
http://www.bmwusa.com/Standard/Conte...erExplore.aspx
Looking good! They are calling it another new segment for vehicles.
It will have 300HP and 400HP engines! = expensive (the down side).
MUCH better than the 1-series disaster.

I think it's great to design vehicles that mix the architecture of differant vehicle types and call it as such.
What would you choose to call the X6? They're not calling it just "coupe". It's a "sport activity coupe". If they called it a "sport activity sedan", people would accuse it of not being a sedan.
They'd have to invent a word that no one is familiar with.

So it's not an SUV.
Anyway the car looks like a sedan built for giant people who can't fit in normal size cars.
Even after the introduction of many new vehicles from BMW, X5 is still my favorite and my dream car.

I'll have to disagree.

Looks like people only like traditional vehicles.
See, I'm not a fan of SUV's but I like vehicles like this that are car like but add some utility and practicality that a regular coupe or sedan lack.
That's why I also like the Dodge Caliber (very much like this but a LOT cheaper).
Hey, it's waaaaay better than the X3 disaster.

-It rides lower than the X5
-It's lighter and faster than the X5 (400HP is slow??)
-How many people go off road in their regular SUV's?
This is coming from someone that would never buy a BMW.

Supremely retarded [and ugly] vehicle with no real purpose that will probably sell because of the badge on it. I hope this fails worse than the Mercedes R class so that car makers will learn not to make retarded vehicles.

These automakers are out of ideas so find a way to rename something in some weird ways, 4 door coupe and sport activity coupe? They are still 4 door sedan and sport utility vehicle with slightly lower rooflines. Come on.
