I like how that looks. I wonder if Lexus will get a version.

They already do, it's called the RX.
It doesn't strike anyone else as a carbon copy RX with different options and lowered?

This is basically a replacement for the Highlander 4 cylinder model but for those who prefer the styling of this over the Highlander and like the power they can get the 3.5 V6 as well.

The Highlander has FWD as well.
I forgot it does. So used to seeing Highlanders in NYC with 4WD.

Interior dash is different, I like (though the long shift **** is out of place). INterior seems of higher quality than recent models.

Overall, another SUV thing that will sell in droves.

So.. all those so called RX spyshots were actually spyshots of Venza? 19' or 20' wheels on Toyota? Wow!

This seems very similar to LF-Xh concept from Tokyo

Not necessarily.

The 2009 RX is already priced (which means it has absolutely no difference to the 2008).

The 2010 RX will be redesigned, and will most likely debut at the end of 2008, for sale in mid 2009.

well since the outside looks so much like the current RX, then i guess they are really overhauling the RX next year. i mean it has to be completely different in order to stand a chance from the ridicule that the car community will throw at them.

as for the interior, the shifter needs a lot of work. lol. the RX also better get 300+ horses. hint hint 306

I think it's great for what it is. I'll probably steer my parents towards one since they don't really need their 2000 Sienna much longer, but still want something with a fairly similar seating height, enough space in the back seat, etc. Perfect for their needs from what I can see.

I think you nailed it....this is basically a pseudo-Highlander, but since it is not a SUV and calling it a crossover SEDAN, it doesn't have to have any offroad prowness saving weight and complexity so can be used with the 4 banger.

I wonder if the Venza will have all the features and options available on an Avalon Limited, several of which are not available on the current RX. If it does, I may be trading my RX350 for one.

Look at Toyota trying to finally improve on their interiors. Outside of that gear selector I like the design a lot. And the quality looks really good.

I think its a nice concept and I'm glad they decided to build a vehicle off of the FT-SX concept which looked very nice at the Auto Show a few years back.

Okay, so now Toyota has another car that will sell about 100K a year. Are they done with all the crossovers??

CAN I GET A DAMN COUPE NOW!!!!??
