Sad, & better watch out for those.
Those cars with light damage will be repaired at the Elizabeth Receiving facility and sold through BMW's dealer network as new cars.
To me, new cars mean new, never repaired in any way . . .

People already beat me to that statement. WOW that sounds pretty lucrative if they didn't intend to tell people about the repairs.
Best option with all the cars would be to strip them down and use the still good condition parts to build up New M3's.

Cars are damaged in transport all the time and it isn't uncommon for them to be repaired before final delivery. It may or may not be disclosed, depending on the extent of the damage.

Exactly, but how would you know?
Even if you asked the dealer, would they tell you with a straight face

The best bet is to wait another year

I still don't know what happened to cause all these damages?

I feel sad for whoever took the European Delivery option for their M3.

Maybe BMW or the dealership will hook them up with another European delivery trip for the new car.
