Damn thats rough. Obviosuly they will still sell the ones that can be repaired. I personally wouldnt want any of those Bimmers on that boat.

most will be repaired and sold as new, of course the dealer has to disclose that it was repaired

People already beat me to that statement. WOW that sounds pretty lucrative if they didn't intend to tell people about the repairs.
Best option with all the cars would be to strip them down and use the still good condition parts to build up New M3's.

Cars are damaged in transport all the time and it isn't uncommon for them to be repaired before final delivery. It may or may not be disclosed, depending on the extent of the damage.

Even if you asked the dealer, would they tell you with a straight face
