I also think you should look at the Buick Enclave which is very smooth, quiet, and luxurious. You might also look at the Ford Edge, which is really nice.
The Enclave's interior, in some ways, will knock your socks off, but underneath the nice surface glitz, is much of the same old GM plastic.
