Damn as if the cars they are putting the plates on aren't enough of a status symbol. People won't know that you are rich when you are driving in your rolls royce unless you have number 1 on your license plate .
Atleast some money is going to charity. I am going to get a copy of a UAE plate an put it on my GS .

one thing they failed to mention in this clip is, no one will F--- with you in United Arab, if you have these plates, not even the police. You can basically do whatever, drive backwards if you want

In China, 1-10 is for Governments.
You can't have it even you have money.
1 is for governor, 2 is the mayor, and 3 for mayor's personal assistent etc.
And people even cops don't wanna mess with them.
