Dang, I sorta expected the RX to be on there. Good to see the ES though. 2 neighbors recently purchased one each. Waiting for my dad to upgrade to the new one, that way I can steal it and give him the 300

This is just one of the ways to measure car sales.... it also says something about the way automakers manage their inventory. Lexus and Toyota in general have tried their best to keep inventories low. Partially an extension of their Lean philosophies.

Has nothing to do with inventory.
The list is about how long cars stay on dealer lots.
So when that LS or GX arrives off the truck, that is the average time it stays on the lot b4 being sold to a customer.
Now true, Lexus does a SUPERB job of keeping inventory at the best pace possible, so your dealer doesn't get screwed having 500 GXs on the lot, then having to yell on T.V about "Get a GX for $199 a month" and huge incentives offered b/c the truck is taking space for hotter selling vehicles.......
Leave that to the Infiniti dealer!! J/K

from talking to my sales, early of the year lexus is always short on cars. they just don't give dealerships a lot to sell, so although sales might be slower, cars are still in depend relatively
