The GT-R is the real deal. Godzilla is here. This is the Nissan interpretation of "***** out". And it does it well.
You don't have to like that its Japanese.
You don't have to like the looks.
You don't have to like Nissan being French owned (oh snap)
You don't have to like the interior
You don't have to like sushi
But you simply HAVE to like the numbers this car is putting down and what it is accomplishing, from price to track times to braking etc.
You HAVE to respect the hell outta it.
On a public road, in the hands of the everday CL poster, the guy in the GT-R will wipe the floor with the other guy in your favorite whatever b/c the GT-R is EASY to drive.
It is heavy and it might less less involving and pure. Its not meant to be, leave that to Porsche.
To think the V-spec is coming.
I love the new GT-R and I hope to own one someday.

Now there have been comparison tests between GT-R and some other supercars done by several auto magazines from different countries. I think these comparos are trustworthy that GT-R is at least as best as the best from Porsche and Lamborghini, if not better than them. And M3 has no chance of even coming close besides the price may be. I am still waiting for someone to compare Ferrari F430 Scuderia and Chevrolet Corvette Z06 and Bugatti Veyron to Nissan GT-R to see how it goes.

Well, it IS the only sedan-based vehicle in the comparison, not to mention its MSRP (base at least) isn't even in the same range as the others, esp. considering the est. market adjustment for the GT-R.
