I'm sure all the Lexus models offer such service. But by what I know, you have to certain miles away from home (I think it's more than 100 miles or so).

This is all dependent on location I believe. Even though we had a Lexus Link Button when it was available, the service itself wasn't available in my location. As for the loaner, I don't get that one either. In most cases you still have to request and sign up for one just like any other car dealer. They don't just give it to you with out asking.

This is partly countered by the fact that, on the whole, Certified Used cars cost more than Non-Certified ones, for several reasons. Obviously, the inspection, refurbishing, and detailing process for a Certified car costs the dealership money, and it comes with a unique warranty, although, from what I have seen, the actual results of the Certification process are a little overhyped.
