I do love Lexus that is why I am interested in pursuing a career with them but I am not limiting myself to them at this moment. I believe there is a great deal to be learned also from other major corporations in US.

i think they should offer something similar to BMW's performance driving school and Land Rover's off-roading school in a day event to showcase the capabilities of their cars

That would be a blast.. In addition, allow potential buyers drive these vehicles on the streets & expressways as well.
