R&T's Top 5 Most Comfortable Cars

My moms got the 03 FX, it is very sporty in the ride, but I like it, and she likes the feel of the road. Its not so uncomfortable you cant ride in it on long trips, but the bumps are there for sure.
As far as the list goes, what is the definition of comfortable in this instance? All 5 of those cars have different things they seem to like, I didnt read them all, but the 2 that I did read dont say anything about the ride itself being comfortable.

From what they wrote in the article they just read the specs and options and didn't even drive the Genesis to declare it "comfortable". WTF? Does R&T really not care about credibility anymore?

I subscribe to R&T, too, but I agree there are better auto mags. R&T, though, does have an excellent "Technical Correspondence" in the back of the magazine every month, with questions from readers. The explanations are excellent. At least read those before you use the rest of the issue to roast marshmallows.

If you're doing that, you might as well burn the money you pay for the subscription with.

The Town Car is extremely quiet, but the ride is actually not as smooth as you would think. It shares much the same suspension with the Ford Crown Vic and Mercury Grand Marquis. Even the non-police/taxi versions of this platform were stiffened up a little several years ago....to the point that Consumer Reports says is borderline firm.

^^^ wow, real shame actually i really like cars like that, my friends always make fun of me for wanting a town car or caddilac over some riced up civic or some tiny car with a turbo in it. i mean ill take a ferrari or maserati any day, but my taste in cars differs A LOT compared to my friends
