I would get a 135i as a second car.

But as a daily driver no way I would get it. Way to small.

Amen...my co-worker just bought one, white with red interior...it's beautiful. However, that back seat is so small...it has to be worse than a Mustang.

Before making my purchase a couple weeks ago, I was considering this and the 335i. Had I gone BMW, the 335 would have been my choice. Option for option, the 335i was within $4k of the 135i.

I just couldn't see myself dropping almost $40,000 on an 135i.

^^ I agree, for a couple more grand why not buy the 335i. It looks much better, it doesn't look like an Echo on steroids and you get a much roomier vehicle.

Hm... that 3.0TT inline 6 is a rocket for sure. But honestly i think the e92 is better looking, more spacious, more practical... and almost the same price. The back seat on the 335 is actually quite roomy. I'm 6'2 and I could sit comfortably without hitting my head on the glass or my knees on the seats. The 135 felt cramped even from the drivers seat, i didn't even attempt to shoe horn myself into the back... storage space.

Not liking the styling at all. Looks like a broken bathtub sagging in the center.

I saw the 135i the other day, didn't drive it but placed an order for a M3. I think the 135i will be a great little car with that engine. But I wanted something more flashy. I mean all my other cars are nothing special so this one car (the M3) will be my all around sport/luxury. I believe the 135i looks odd because the roof seems too tall for the sength of the car.

But then BMW is not against making odd looking cars.
