Why arent steering wheels perfect circles?

the wheel is circle but the mounting point is not in the perfect center on the wheel, just don't turn your wheel or don't look at it lol.

I've noticed this, too. It's not really that they're not round, but the
center axis seems to be eccentric relative to the outer diameter.

With me it doesn't matter, the driver is eccentric anyway.

I had a nardi steering wheel and it was perfect and when turning ..

maybe you need to check yours out at the local place to check for alignments or check the dealerships to test drive another car like yours
