I think you should just return it and hope they don't notice. Also, don't they take into consideration the "wear and tear" policy?

Apparent the Prius scrapes its front lips more than my IS, during my vacation in SF I had to make many last sec stops at lights and going up on a hill or into parking structures and I swore to god I hit the front lip at least 10 times a day.

Also when my dad drove it he ran over a huge tree branch lodged it under the car which I had to get it out by crawling under the car.

The result was a split front lip down the middle of the bumper and the little vent on the lip was partially falling out :x and they didnt notice lol

When you check it back in, the instant return reps mainly look to see if you put gas back in it, then body damage. Only the trained eye will notice, unless they are HUGE centercaps.

Employee: The center caps seem to be missing. . .
You: OH yea here *pulls centercap out of pockets.

Ken (or Bryan or Tex or Beef), I posted it on the IS Forum and TLN.

I hit a tire on the road, and now my car is in the shop...

I can always tell them that I was afraid of someone stealing the centercaps, so I took it off when I had the chance for safe keeping.
