I Own A 2004 Lexus Gx470 . It Features A Rear Entertainment Dvd System, But Does Not Have A Navigation System(therefore, No Nav Screen). How In The World Do You Play The Dvd When The Remote Has Been Lost? I Can Turn The Dvd On And Scroll Through The Introduction Chapters, But Once You Are Prompted To Play The Dvd, I Do Not Know Which Button On The Front Panel Will Start The Movie. I Have Read The Manual Through And Through And It Only Explains How It Is Done If You Have The Navigation Screen. Please Help.....
