Default finally made a decision

I put a deposit down today on a M3 sedan. It should be here in 3 weeks or so. Damn they cost a lot. The car is pretty sick though. I haven't decided whether or not to lease it or buy it.

I see that you can only get the carbon fiber roof with a non-moonroof coupe body. Is that worth getting just to drop 45 lbs. of weight? I ordered Interlagos blue metallic outside with black leather and carbon leather trim. The blue is kind of a superman blue of sorts. I love how you can tighten up the bolsters on the seats with a push of a button. It is the Reebok pump for the seats. The eletronics sold me on the car. There are some crazy things you can do with the M drive and electronic dampening control. Those were the things that you can't do with a 335i even if is chipped. The gas guzzler tax was a wammy.

Our 06 330xi can press a button too to inflate the side bolsters.

....Nice!!! Forgive me for being ignorant but which is more expensive, the sedan or coupe in these M3's? Perhaps if I am ever in the position to I will try to shoot for the cheaper one down the road. They are nice. GL!

Philip, am I racing your bike? That might be too tough for a Modena. The coupe is about 1500-2000 more after all the options. there are some options you can get for the sedan but not for the coupe and vice versa. There are not many of those though. I got every stereo option on the car even though I wasn't sure about sat radio.(they have sirius) The car doesn't even need a radio with the way the exhaust sounds. It was nice and deep. I love the V8 sound. The only option I didn't get was the DCT and extended leather. I got pretty much everything else. It came out to 67 after gas guzzler tax.
