I've literally seen dozens of threads on car enthusiast forums, where it is spelled wrong. The problem is not with people, but with the company. People that respect a company and a company that is respected, will have its name spelled correctly.
It has nothing to do with respect for a company, it has to do with laziness in paying attention to detail. Anyone who knows anything about cars (luxury cars especially) know that Infiniti is spelled with an "I" and not a "Y". The one thing I will point out is that unlike Lexus & Acura, Infiniti does not make the name of their vehicles as prominent on the rear end. On every single Lexus & Acura, you see the names LEXUS & ACURA. The Infiniti branding is a bit more blended into the design of the car (chrome stripping, etc) which may have an impact on public perception.

Honestly, their name and the names for their vehicles are all wrong and it cannot be fixed.
Well, since the Infinity speaker company was established in 1968, Infiniti couldn't exactly spell it with a "Y" (infringement). And frankly, at least the Infiniti name is actually based on a real concept, rather than a nasty character from an 80s soap opera.

Sens4Miles, please exit this thread. You started out needlessly angry and are ending up with additional (and uninformed) rude commentary towards the primary topic of our forum which brings us together.

Everyone else, enough with the infinity vs infiniti spelling bee. Back on topic please.

The angles the photos are taken at make the wheels look small.
I'd like to see better pics before deciding if I like it. I don't think I like the wheel design though.

20' will look better for the G, 19' looks bit small.
Love the fitment though, and as everyone else, the car needs to drop more.

I truly believe that Infiniti made huge strides in the redesign of the sedan. The shape is much more organic and flows a lot better then the first Gen G35. I think the "mod potential" is much greater for the 2nd GEN sedan vs. the 1st GEN.

The same can not be said about the coupe. Infiniti took a step backwards on the coupe. The organic design went a bit overboard. The front clip looks terrible. The rest of the car just looks okay.

07 G35 sedan > 06 G35 sedan
07 G35 coupe > 08 G37 coupe

I found this Rick Ross special on craigslist. Not my steez but I respect the cleanliness.
