completely tasteless and classless.
Just goofy looking, why someone would actually spend money to make their vehicle look like that is beyond me. When I was jogging last night I saw a classic 70's white Chevy Nova with gigantic chrome "wagon wheels". Those rims must of been like 26 inches and made the car sit like an SUV. It just looks so goofy and bad and is in such bad taste, people who do that have to be complete morons, there is no other explanation.
