Jay Leno drives the Nissan GT-R (VIDEO)

No he was commenting on all the electronics and just needing to stomp it to go fast with no tricky manual tranny or anything, much like the Veyron which of course is much bigger and more powerful.
That the two cars are mentioned by a well known die hard and knowledgeable car enthusiast is great praise for Nissan.
This car is a winner in every way. The people who should be concerned are its target - PORSCHE. I'd take the GT-R over a 997 turbo every time. And the GT-R is probably at least 1/3 less expensive even with markups.

I wonder if they gave Jay the keys for a few days?

i can say that i've driven the 911 GT2 and call it a rattling, uninspiring, POS not deserving of the porsche badge. i'll also include that i know a few owners who were willing to sell it at a loss because they hate it so much.
but 99% of the automtive world, all of whom are PROFESSIONAL drivers and reviewers say the 911 is one the best cars they've ever driven.
but yet i still continue to bash the car and post my "opinion" on every GT2 thread i see.
gets old doesn't it?
if i said this about the IS-F, i would be banned here. but i'm entitled to my opinion right?
