Oh I saw this. One car I see alot of women driving is the RX. I truly see very few men driving them, but it seems that all of the RX400h owners on this site are men. Only a few of them are here because its their wifes.
Which I also find amusing how many Penn State males I see driving RX300s with their straight brimmed hats cocked to the side....Yeah, my mom used to drive one of those. You're cool. Makes me chuckle.

So is it safe to say that the cars on this list are chick cars?
It's surprising to me to see the Z4 and Tiburon.
I can't believe the fit is 80%. I see a lot of young guys driving it.

You'll notice the top five on the list are basically econoboxes. That shows that, in some ways, women are more concerned about operating costs than men....and less concerned with status.
My hat's off to them........it shows they usually aren't as concerned as men about keeping up with the Joneses.
And, remember what I've told you guys so many times about the stereotype of minivans as chiefly female vehicles being a bunch of nonsense? You see there is not a single minivan on that list. The CX-7 and Pacifica are "crossover" vehicles and not minivans.

Both have been WAY oversold in the image department as "chick" cars.....much of that is nonsense. In reality, there are more males driving them than many people think, although the Beetle convertible, more so than the hardtop, DOES seem to be quite popular with women.

any Lexus RX vehicle has been a staple in the Asian American Mothers market...
or go into K-Town all the BMW 530i's and the MB E350s are women driven...
a little step up and they're doing 745ils--though the S-Class seems to be slightly less common.
For those moms with younger kids they're rocking X5s and Q7s now...

I am suprised about FIT, most of the drivers I see are men, and consider how many FITs are modified.
And also suprised that Yaris hatch is not on the list, maybe they cinsider hatch and sedans together, and then there are more men driving sedans?
I can't see myself in a Yaris, it is too CUTE for me.
