It is indeed a first-gen Prius....that was obvious from the first shot. I'm not a lawyer, but I wonder (?) if car companies can take legal action against motorists who use their badges and trim on vehicles that they don't produce. This is not the first time that we've seen posts like this....Lexus badges on non-Lexus vehicles. Seems to me that's a copyright infringement.

I agree, and Porsche comes to mind as a company that pursues non-authorized use of the name/logo for commercial purposes (repair shops, used car dealerships, etc.).
