i haven't seen one yet but i think it's really stupid... how about putting money towards stopping criminals shooting and killing...

as of april 2008 there were 400 killings counted from the start of this year....

in 4 months? 4 deaths a day? nah let's not spend money on police equipment, payroll and etc.... let's get these 3D things on the streets.....

philidelphia should have four speedbumps in a row, the first three should be the 3-D images and then the last be an actual speedbump. hahaha

They put this down in my area of Philly not to long ago. Whoever thought of this needs to be shot. There is no 3D illusion AT ALL!! I didnt even slow down and drove over it saying "oh look, theres those stupid triangles that the city thought would get people to slow down" What a waste of money.

And yet Police Officers in Philly are getting shot at an alarming rate.
