Yes, first podium for Toyota since Ralf got a podium finish in 2006 at Australia.
I must say Trulli in the race was amazing, as was Raikkonen with the damaged exhaust. Despite a damaged exhaust, Raikkonen kept his pace up quite high.
Trulli from start to finish had a great race and it is clear Toyota has made a step forward. Kubica before the race actually commented that he was concerned that teams like Toyota may have closed the gap on BMW. Trulli at the start actually *overtook Alonso* and held on for the 3rd place. Trulli achieved this result based on merit and performance, not luck. Glock had problems with his car's handling and tire wear, but still finished ahead of cars like the 2nd BMW.
With some luck, Toyota has a chance at possibly even winning a race this year.

i just watched the 2nd last lap of the race where Trulli and Kovalainen had wheel to wheel contact
but Trulli was on the racing line defending #3 and hanged it in
it was great drive by Trulli and Raikkonen indeed
Driver of the Day: Jarno Trulli

I really go to give it up to Trulli, it seems like he's been slowly improving all year, and that wheel banging defense he pulled on Kovelinen was spectacular. Especially given that he was in an inferior car. However, I cannot really see Toyota winning a race this year, unless they get alot better, or all of the Ferrari's and MM's crash into each other during a race in the rain. It will be interesting to see if BMW can reestablish themselves as the number 3 team, or if Toyota can continue what they did in France.

although Fuji track belongs to Toyota, it isnt their home track as Toyota team is based in Cologne in France
unless some accidents happen, and/or penalties given out again, toyota isnt likely going to win at Fuji
Fuji track likes to rain too and Toyota isnt good in the rain so its even less likely to be a good race for toyota but we sure can hope
and ill be cheering for toyota regardless
