I'll tell you why. For the same reason that most of us say "HP" for horsepower, "PSI" for tire pressure, "MPH", for miles per hour, "MT" for manual transmission, and "AT" for automatic transmission, not to mention a thousand other commonly used automotive abbreviations.......too many to list here.

What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

I do not do this. It's lazy......... I might type it, but saying it aloud is another thing. SPEAK,...... we developed language to use it.

my wife hates that commercial to death. when they finished that round of the campaign she almost wanted to celebrate
