if it's true, does it mean cars in California will have better gas mileage than other places?

Why do I get the feeling that it's basically diluted acetone? Lots of people have experimented with acetone and do get increased fuel economy. BUT upon doing it a few times, you revert back to your original fuel economy so there is no way to track down consistent improvements.

its bs... just do the simple tasks like better oil, maintaining tire pressure, ect.

Only desperate people will get this. Want to save gas? get a lighter foot, time your traffic lights, coast when its red and hope it turns green before you get to a stop.
