That's awesome!

I really like that they will have stages 1, 2, and 3 packages.

When you can walk into a Toyota dealership and pick up a Toyota with more HP than a Lexus performance car, there is something wrong

that's why i would rather have a turbodiesel that gets 30% better mileage than a gasser and more torque plus the option of using bio fuels.

I would have loved to get a diesel in my FJ

I'll take the gas blown motor anyday. 600lbs of corn=1 gas tank does not make me feel too good when so many are hungry.

isn't corn what they use to make gas (ethanol) with? bio is made from the nasty waste fryer oil from restaurants.... not many people eat that stuff!

I'd rock it if I made enough to fill it up.

From what I understand and admittedly I'm no expert by any means biofuel is made from a variety of ingredients with corn being one of them. But yes I believe you are correct that ethanol is primarily made from corn also.

The truck is built to do a job not just to look good. It would be useless without those lights if you drove it the way it was intended to be driven. If you use it for off roading [what is was built for and intended to do] then you are going to need those lights. I think they should have added a rack of 4 lights on the roof because there aren't any street lights where it was built to go, come to think of it there aren't any streets where it was built to go.

i guess i should have made myself more clear. when i said bio fuels, i really meant biodiesel, which is made purely from waste vegetable fryer oil. i run it in my truck all the time @ $1/gal.

You're lucky the 99 ISB doesnt fall under EPA 07. You use bio in any engine with a DPF(Particulate filter) which is every diesel now, and problems will arise. 2010 EPA is going to be worse. Its a good idea, price wise, but it doesn't burn very clean... but its cheap. Most medium duty and class 7 8's will void your warranty if Low sulfur #2 isnt used.

As far as the Tundra it looks nice. Hopefully the fuel system is improved with the blower. It wasn't a complete package for the 3.4. I get better milage blown than when I was stock with my Tacoma. Even with the fuel mods. Those wheels look a bit disco though. Other than that, its nice to see TRD stepping up again.
