Lexus/LV has been solid for service as well. I've only had one complaint ever and it was resolved immediately.

I haven't experienced their service side, but have bought a car from them and they were top notch.

Have only been to the dealer twice so far for regular maintenance. So far so good. Best service I have ever received! The staff has been prompt, professional and courteous.

They need Meguairs or someone who knows how to wash a car teach them how to properly wash and polish/wax a car. I was getting my bumper and fender replaced and they automatically wash/polished it. I believe they did only the hood since the CRAZY swirl marks are only noticeable there.

Haha, I'm trying to get a temp job as a Pro detailer at ANY Lexus dealership but they don't feel like hiring some 20 yr old right now even though I have plenty of experience and can do a better job than they can
