Have you contacted paypal? It's been two years, it might be tough but I would definitely contact PayPal and explain the situation.

i have tried, but they said that its been too long for them to do anything about it...

So, its now have come down for me to take action and post this/expose them on almost every forum I am a member of!

Only issue that I see here is that it's been 2 years. If you would've handled this sooner, you might have gotten better results. I hope things work out for you though. It's going to be a tough one.
