how can they put the tiguan in there? it brand new!
AND it says since $4/gallon ... how many people are running out to buy cars rite now? the economy is bad and fuel is expencive ...

More than you think. For one thing, aging male Baby Boomers who drove the old air-cooled Beetles from the 1960's, when it was considered one of the Counterculture vehicles. Hippie commune families used to travel around in....and sometimes live in.......VW Microbuses. Just like many people today are scooping up Mustangs because it reminds them of the ones 40 years ago..........same with the Beetle.

This whole article proves what I've said for years.....the nonsense of trying to stereotype car purchases. This "chick car" stuff exists mostly in people's minds....not actual fact.
Even the most popular so-called "female" car on the list (the Tiguan) still has almost 40% of its buyers as male. With the last few cars on the list, the ratio is almost 50/50.

Yes indeed. We all know that driving an RX will magically castrate you and cause you to fill out a D-Cup. Gee...you could even save money on a sex-change operation.
