It's good they're coming to Orange County, as usual. Lexus sells more vehicles in Orange County than anywhere else in the country.

I went to the TOL today at Pasadena and it was okay. It was located at the Pasadena mall on Colorado Ave. We test drove the ES 350 and the RX 400h and Lexus us gave us $15 gift cards usable at the Pasadena mall. Here are some pictures...

The only cars to test drive were the ES 350 with ultra luxury package, RX 400h and the IS 250 with F sport modifications. They had the LS 460L on display and you were able to sit inside and check it out. I'm assuming Lexus did this in public so people can experience driving a Lexus in real life traffic. Overall it's kinda like test driving a car with a sales person even though the TOL personnel weren't pushing to sell a car...

You just show up at the event. At the event you are required to fill out some paperwork and then you can go drive the cars. There is no need to register on-line and you don't need an invitation...

You're welcome. An official Lexus employee does ride with you. It's kinda like test driving a car with a salesperson but they're not trying to sell you the car. They're just there to answer any questions and talk about Lexus. I forgot to ask one of the guys when exactly the IS coupe is coming. He seemed really cool as we were talking all about Lexus...

Ok i cant wait for the one in DC im going to drive the IS250 Fsport. How does this compare to past TOL events is there a goodie bag or refreshments served.

There were no refreshments which was a bummer. Lexus did give each of us a $15 gift card usable at the Pasadena mall. So we used the card at Rubios and ate lunch afterwards...Thanks Lexus...

Does anyone know if they give out the $750.00 certificates for the purchase of a new Lexus at these events? I don't want to waste my time driving over an hour to it if they are not.
