Yep an RX330 Hybrid actually. First time i took my car in for service, I asked if could rent a car. I figure they won't give me a loaner, since I didn't buy the car from them, but they said "Oh we can arrange a car for you". So they gave me a car to drive around. I was pretty impressed.

Our local dealer is known for their service, they kiss a$$. they pay attention to service, and to be honest, they have my business for as long as I own lexus.

that's what my dealer has, but the later in the day you come in, the less likely you have a choice.

Is that the Lexus Dealership near The triangle Town Mall. If that is thats were my sister got her car and they gave her an IS 250 for a loaner car when we went to get her car detailed.
