Default Does your Lexus service give you choices for loaner cars?

I was wondering if you guys get choices for loaners at your lexus service ? The 2 I have been to in phoenix give choices of IS250, ES350, or RX350. Pretty cool. Infiniti used to give G35 sedans only.

The majority of offerings from my dealer are RX350's. Then the ES350, lastly a few IS250's. Not sure what those with LS's get when they come in for service.

At Longo, we're given a choice of a IS250/350, RX350 and ES350...which ever is available. There are a very few RX400h's as well. The VIP loaners they have on hand are the GS350 and LS460.

At Lexus of Norwood I get my choice of what's there that day (ES350, RX350 or RX400h). However, when I make my service appointment ahead of time, I can request a specific model and they make every attempt to provide that model.

I still think its better than infiniti or acura. Acura in town wont give a loaner unless its major. Infiniti was a step above and gave a nice G35 sedan (usually with the sports package). Lexus is absolutely the top in my experience in terms of the service. I have owned 2 2003 infiniti G35 sedans,1 acura TL 2006, and a Lexus GS350, and Lexus is the best by far. Not a racer, but they do build a beautiful car that will pamper you and comfort you. ( also pretty damn safe)

Westside Lexus in Houston, Tx offers the RX, ES, and IS250 as well... I think they do have some hybrid RX's as well... but my service advisor does let me choose. They also offer to come and get your car and drop off the loaner within a 50 mile radius for free. Never taken advantage of that though.

Ours is first come first serve on that day. You can make an appointment months in advanced and reserved a loaner, but if you show up that day after they are out you get a rental car. So far I'm 1 for 2. Once my wife got an ES350, and once we got a rental Camry.

Yes, I can usually pick among RX & ES (& IS250 once) whenever available, & I got what I want every time so far, as long as you book in advance.

At Park Place Lexus in SoCal I've seen alot of ES and RX loaners. That's better than some rental car.
