I voted for C300 Sport simply because I would always choose four door instead of two door. Also, the new C-class looks very aggressive and sporty. I haven't driven it yet so can't tell about its ride but I assume it to be quiet and comfortable. I don't like the interior layout of the current BMW vehicles.

I'd say go with the 328. The C300 is a nice car in some ways, but C-Class reliability, according to Consumer Reports, while not as bad as on larger and more complex M-B products, still is not particularly good.....average at best.
The BMW 3-Series ranges from average to better-than-average in reliability, is (IMO) more fun to drive than a C-Class, has steering/chassis dynamics that few sedans/coupes can match, and (may?) even have better resale value. The only real fly in the ointment is the I-Drive.....but you can avoid that on some 3-Series models by forgoing the NAV.
And before you sign for a 328, check out the 335i. I recently did a 335i review. It was a blast to drive.....IMO, a better dollar-for-dollar value than the M3 (almost as much car for a lot less money), although you will definitely pay more for a 335 than a 328, and you will probably have to take I-Drive with it.

You hit it dead on mmarshal thanks! My original love is the 335i coupé but from looking at the prices it is a little pushing it that is why I'd have to go with the 328. When I get back I'll look at the difference between the monthlies but from my calculations it would be pushing it.
