So I waxed my Prelude. (Not Lexus related.)

I've been meaning to drive a newer Prelude with the 2.2L. However, I'm not too crazy about all this HP with minimal torque. My '88 was fairly reliable, but around 75k miles it had a very very bad oil leak. But then the car was 12 years old. Seals wear out, etc.
I would love to see another really light, FWD sports car. But I think those days are gone. Those modern safety features add weight.......thinking about it. My Prelude had a terrible safety rating. Though, my sister was driving it once and got nailed in the rear (the car) by an F 150. It took it pretty well. No one was hurt.

I love the body of that 'Lude. I don't understand why they stopped making it. Thats the only Honda I will buy. So if they give me a FWD, light, decently powered but not the Vteched S2000 motor, perhaps hybrid power and Ill buy. Oh and of course if someone can loan me a couple bucks.

good job. I had a prelude when I was in college. It was easily top three best cars I have ever owned. Fun , reliable, and sporty. perfect for me in college
