That, of course, will depend on if Ford is willing to do the time and expense of certifying it to American specs. You have to remember that you can't just load up vehicles on the boat and ship them over here. They have to meet American safety and emissions standards....and the testing/certifying process, of course, costs money.

Overall I think the CLS is sexier.

I am sure CLS is a great machine to drive, but as far as the look.....I have seen a lowered black CLS AMG with 20" rims and all dark tinted class, still thought "what an ugly expensive car". I like S-class, C-class, and SL-class, that's it about M-B.

The CLS looks like an upside-down bowl that went part-way through a vertical crusher and got stuck. While everyone's tastes differ, of course (Car and Driver magazine called it gorgeous), I certainly can't call this car attractive. And have you actually tried to look OUT of those peep-hole windows?

I said to my son how ugly the Murano is and my son said the driver just held the door open for me. STILL UGLY and so is the FX that is similar.
I loved my Prius shape and all at the NY car show I admired its beauty.
I had a 2004
FORD FLEX (this is an abortion) one ugly gas guzzler 19 mpg saw it at the dealer. I had to get parts for a business vehicle.
Most Fords are ugly.
The Toyota Venza I got to see it in person to comment.
