Looks staged to me. Can't you see the long handle of the jack? It cuts into the front tire in the second pic to make it look like it's flat...
The car appears jacked up - and then at the proper angle the photo was taken. There would EASILY be damage to the rocker panel if it was driven up onto the rock.
