If you want a M3, get the new one. I would ALWAYS pick a new car over an used one, even the new car belongs to a lower class. But since both are used, then I don't know.

I used to own an 2002 e46 m3. I would get the IS350 because its newer. I think the IS350 is also safer. And its just butter on a 50 mile commute.
