I raced a yellow SRT8 with my 02 GS430. I have a PI TC with an SRT intake an borla exhaust.

We both hit it at about 40mph and that thing left me like I was standing still. His tires broke loose when he went WOT and then when he switched gears they broke loose again. Much respect to that car. I don't know if he added anything else or if that was just a stock SRT8 though.

my cousin has a 300c srt8 and loves it.....yes the plastic sucks but so far no rattels or squicks in the car, hes had it for almost 3 years now i think and he drives it hard... the only problem ur gonna have is its gonna cost u an arm and a leg in fuel consumption :P

But how often do you plan on nailing it? That is all that car is good for. Interior is very flimsy and cheap. Cornering is ho hum, brakes are ok. Now if the only thing you want it interior space, ability to put large wheels on it (which negates the go faster attitude), and power then go for it. Pass that there are plenty of other options.

I think it looks fantastic stock (please no fake RR or Bentley grill). Huge brakes, 20" wheels, nice bodykit.

Very powerful engine. Not sure why we all are bishing about the interior, a base 300 is a 24k car or so, i wouldn't expect greatness. Its not that bad outside of it using hard plastic and plood.

I think its fantastic but I might agree with bit here, the G8 is wonderful!
